Design/Architecture
Started as painter and illustrator. The interest in technique initiated the study of industrial design at Rietveld Academy, and theater acoustics in New York.
Designs of mobiel stages started with the founding of the Amsterdams Electrisch Circus in 1972.
Light designs for Skriabin, Koenloen, Symposion, Ruisende Rokken, Soft assets, etc. were made in concert with Rob van de Poel (electronics).
The design for a mobile opera, inspired by intendant Maurice Huisman of the Dutch National Opera, was later adapted into a design for a temporary concerthall, assigned by the NV Concertgebouw, Amsterdam (1982)

Afgewezen: op 'advies' van de ambtenaren waren bomen op een brug niet mogelijk.
